FNG Shop Training

All of our new employees spend time in the warehouse and our manufacturing shop (as well as other departments) to learn the business from the roots. We continue to raise the bar on our training programs here at IIDM.  Looks like shop QC leader Carlos has added a “how not to” section to the training of our new hires, Nick and Tanner.
