Innovative IDM and Jeremy Morgan have been a great partner with us in helping keep our customers up and running. As an elevator company that services equipment that needs to be running 24 hours a day they are instrumental in quick turnarounds on Controller Drive Repairs to get the customer back fully operational ASAP.

Jeremy has helped me numerous times with finding obsolete and very specialized parts I couldn’t find anywhere else.

We have never had to return a faulty drive to them due to it not being repaired properly. I recommend Innovative IDM to anybody that has a burnt up controller drive the need repaired quickly and correctly.
